Mr. Babu, the Founder of Cubatic Group is a technocrat with rich experience in the fields of Real estate & Infrastructure. A civil engineer by profession,graduated from THE UNIVERSITY OF BANGALORE, he holds a comprehensive and wide ranging experience from his career spanning 31 years with companies like Lanco Infratech Limited, Phoenix Group etc., which have grown in their domains of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), Power, Solar, Natural Resources, Infrastructure and Global Marketing. He travelled extensively and has been closely related with prestigious Real estate, Infrastructure and Construction companies across Asia-Pacific , middle east and Africa and is now established as the Managing Director of Cubatic Group with incredible experience.
Mr. Babu , with his extensive and far reaching knowledge in the fields of Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction and Marketing, has served numerous companies and has developed the in-depth understanding and aptitude with strong ability to deliver projects on time with desired quality. He has been the catalyst and impulsive driving force for Cubatic group to deliver better spaces and outputs. Mr. Babu has been an Associate Member of Institute of Engineers India and also Engineers Council, East Africa.
Mr. G.Srinivasa Rao, Director
Mr. Srinivasa Rao, Co Founder of Cubatic Group, is a Management graduate from IIM-Bangalore who also holds a MBA from Nanyang Technology University, Singapore . He has rich and profound experience in Management and marketing and has shown his skills time and again for the overall development of the company for over 10 years. He has been performing the dual role of a director and a top-notch manager with relative ease. Mr. Rao is a person who “Dares to Dream”. A person whose zeal and enthusiasm is never disappointing.
KondareddySathi, Director
Mr. Sathi Konda Reddy, the younger face of the Group, steers the day-to-day administration at Rajamahendravaram, besides handling resource planning. Being an MBA graduate from Latrobe University, Australia and with his involvement in his family’s construction business since his childhood it enables him to develop business acumen suitable for construction management with his astute planning in finance and risk mitigation.
